Just goes to show ya that you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Last night after a particularly frustrating day (hmm, more like week), I went upstairs to find the tiniest, sweetest rose bush on my dresser along with a card. Check out what was inside~ See, aren't you saying "Awwwww" about now? Well, some people might be saying, "That's so sweet, I'm getting a cavity". I was in the "Awwwww" camp myself. Felt a little Sixteen Candles to me; all passing notes in class, only no one was asking me if I'd do it with Jake Ryan (come on, you know you would've).
Deciding to love someone unconditionally, boost them up, edify them isn't always easy because honestly, they don't always deserve it. In turn, neither do we. Love is a verb though, not a noun and following through by loving him in ways that he identifies with feels better than nagging him to get what I want or need. I tell you this though~it feels a heck of a lot better when I find something like this lying on my dresser. Now he's loving me in ways I identify with!

Jake Ryan is the dreamiest, yes, definitely. I think this is very sweet! Have a good date, Molly, oops I should say Samantha. ;)
Awwwwww! Too too cute. Love this post... thanks for sharing. :)
I hear you on the love thing - it's easy to forget the joy of loving when you are wanting to be loved. Thanks for sharing your story - I think I'd renew my contract with him this year if I were you. ;-)
I was definitely in the Awwwwww category. Isn't it just the most wonderful thing on earth to know that you're loved that much. Yea you!
