If anyone wants to get me an early birthday present

I am definitely okay with this one:
Meet Colin Firth + 2 VIP Mamma Mia! Tickets London 7/1 - eBay (item 2502181153

Really, I have no shame. I could most definitely handle suffering through Colin Firth wearing spandex and singing Abba tunes just as easily as I can pretend to be Elizabeth Bennett to his Mr. Darcy. If he can bring me a fruity little drink with an umbrella in it, that's just a little bonus.

On another note, I'm so happy for this little song that could to win the Oscar this year.
YouTube - Once - Falling Slowly (Oscar Winner 2008 )

The first time I saw the movie, I wasn't wild about it, but it stayed with me and I found myself searching for the music. Some of it it haunting, some poignant, at other times hopeful. When they won, I nearly stood on my sofa in a standing ovation, I couldn't have been more happy for them.

Hey Casii! I watched Once twice - HAH! But I really did watch it two times (video) and I loved it from the get go! I was shocked though that it won. Things that I like usually dont win ANYTHING. Is that "Early Birthday" as in, say, a week early or 8 months early (I milk my B'day, change my mind a dozen times, use it like "if I win the Lottery, I would...." except it sounds like "on my Birthday I want...." ) 12-in-one-month Daughter often gets on my blog and links to other blog sites to read. She asked me who I was commenting on and I said Casii (as in Apple). She said I thought it was Cassi (as in Grape). We would like to know how you pronounce your name! Let me know and come see my eggs! I bet you have the jadeite egg cups that I mentioned wanting! Jen

Well, I'd give it to you, but I'm buying it for myself. I'm selfish that way. But I'll let you come to the show with me as long as you promise not to stand between me and Colin.

And I love the song - I've never heard of the movie, you know I'm pop culturally challenged, but I love the song. Thanks for putting it here on your blog. I'm going in search of it now.
